2) Send an email to us directly about your experience with the remedy you purchased within the first 30 days explaining what the results were and why you’re unsatisfied.

refund@livethealt.life within 14 days of receiving your order for instructions on initiating a return/refund.
Please note, due to supply chain challenges outside of our control, we cannot offer refunds on any delayed or misplaced shipments. However, we would be happy to send a replacement for your order.
Additionally, order cancellations must be placed within 24 hours of your order date.
While we take great care to ensure all shipments arrive to you without difficulty, alt.living, LLC is not responsible for inaccurate addresses, customs or other import issues. Refunds may not be honored if a shipment is returned if undeliverable. If a refund is issued, a restocking fee of 15% will be deducted from the refund amount.
